Fusion 360 - Generative Design

In this webinar, Gavin will take you through the design and manufacturing of a CNC machined skateboard truck for an electric longboard. In this inside-out process, Generative Design in Fusion 360 was provided with the design goals, and it created a number of efficient geometries that met the specified requirements.

After selecting the preferred design, the model was cleaned up and refined and then tool pathed to generate code for a 5-axis CNC machine to produce the actual part. Images of the skateboarding axle:
